Abigail our server was attentive to my allergy card which she had the chef review. I was safe to eat foods ordered. My husband ordered the Kennet square mushroom soup which is flavorful & thick. We shared the cheddar cheese burger w there sauce, grilled onion, lettuce & tomato which was perfectly cooked to a medium rare. Good flavor combo. English pub decor with pictures of assorted dogs added a special note to the white dog.

Despite the cold and unfeeling hostess who didn't greet us at all, the rest of our dining experience was great. Our wait person was Caroline who was friendly, warm, and kind. The food presentation, quality, and quantity were excellent. We dined here for brunch at 1230 on a Saturday. Tip: Be sure when making a reservation if you plan on patio dining to specify this otherwise there's a long wait. Just overlook the negativity at the lobby because once you're in, it's happy happy joy joy!

I love this place! The service was great and the decor is so fun! I really want to talk about the spring minestrone soup, it was amazing and I've been thinking about it all week. The rest of my party also enjoyed their meals so quickly I wasn't even able to steal a bite. Great place and I wish we lived closer!

Such a staple on the main line. They have a separate vegetarian menu which is much appreciated. Some seasons there are more exciting vegetarian options than others. Overall the vegetarian food is good, but could be a bit more inventive like the main menu options. Still mourning the loss of the broccoli salad from a few years ago! I don't believe the mushroom soup is vegetarian (made with meat broth) too, which always bums me out. But the setting is the best, as is the service! Perfect place for business lunch, friends lunch, etc!

I have tried the white dog cafe in university city so I was super excited to find out that they had another location in Wayne. The interior is so cute and filled with cute dog portraits. There's a nice bar inside and plenty of tables for dining. We opted for the brunch hours and ordered the deviled eggs, eggs Benedict and my bf got the steak and eggs. I tried his piece of steak and was super impressed with the cut and how it was cooked. The deviled eggs had caviar on top and it tasted just as good as it looked. Overall a great dining experience

This is a cozy spot and as a dog lover, I enjoyed the dog decor. I chose this spot for a work dinner for 6 people. I felt a tad rushed throughout the dinner. Food was decent. We started with the seasonal milk buns, they were so soft and fluffy - I especially liked the flake sea salt on top and soft butter! These were the highlight of the meal for me. I also had the mushroom soup - it could have used a little more seasoning. Most of my party had salads in addition to the soups. Again, these were all decent but a bit underwhelming.

I have heard of this place for years as a fancy but casual atmosphere space to check out and I was not disappointed! Finally had the time to make a reservation for a dinner and it was delightful! I was amused trying to see how much dog decor they managed to integrate without feeling kitchsy or distracting but they really do have dogs on EVERYTHING. Our service was perfection in timing and attitude. They managed to cook a super fat burger exactly medium rare which is never something we can fine! Their cocktail felt old fashioned small but the spirit was very strong. Is this top of the top perfection? I'm not sure. Their sweet rolls I felt were just bready and dense, the truffle was overly much. But I'd come back any day to give them the chance, if I had the time and a bit of extra money in my pocket.
